Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Domestic deliveries within Colombia arrive within an estimated 3 to 7 days. International orders are delivered within an estimated 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. Free shipping applies to orders of $400,000 COP or more within Colombia, and 200 USD or more for international orders.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of a verified defect or dispatch error.
