1. Objective
ALTPARD reaffirms its commitment to building an inclusive brand, promoting equal opportunity, respect, human dignity, and diversity in all of its activities, collaborations, and communications.
The brand understands fashion as a tool for expression, transformation, and authenticity, recognizing that creativity flourishes in diverse, safe, and respectful environments.
2. Principles
- Promote an environment free from discrimination based on gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, age, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, physical condition, disability, or any other condition protected by applicable law.
- Ensure equal opportunity in the selection of collaborators, suppliers, models, contractors, and strategic partners.
- Foster a culture based on respect, integrity, inclusion, and dignified treatment.
- Promote authenticity, self-expression, and creative freedom as fundamental pillars of the brand.
- Continuously strengthen its diversity and inclusion practices in line with its growth and evolution.
3. Diversity and Inclusion

4. Conduct Incompatible with the Brand's Values

- Misogyny and machismo
- Physical, psychological, or verbal violence
- Harassment and bullying
- Any other discriminatory or exclusionary conduct
5. Freedom of Association and Collaboration
ALTPARD may refrain from establishing or continuing business relationships, collaborations, or partnerships with individuals or legal entities whose public and verifiable actions are manifestly contrary to the principles of respect, equality, inclusion, and human dignity promoted by the brand.
This includes, among others, public and verifiable statements or conduct related to discrimination, racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, violence, or any other practice that infringes upon people's rights and dignity.
The application of this criterion will be evaluated objectively, reasonably, and on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable law.
6. Scope
This policy applies to all individuals who collaborate with, represent, or maintain a professional relationship with ALTPARD, including employees, contractors, suppliers, models, agencies, strategic partners, and third parties connected to the brand's activities.
7. Reporting Misconduct
Anyone may report, through ALTPARD's official channels, situations that may constitute a violation of the principles established in this policy.
