Pre-Order Policy
1. General Considerations
Products identified as "Pre-Order" refer to items that are not available for immediate shipment and whose production, availability, or dispatch will take place at a later date.
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products before their official release and guarantee priority access to limited, exclusive, or made-to-order pieces.
2. Payment
Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase.
Order confirmation guarantees the reservation of the corresponding product.
3. Availability and Shipping Dates
The availability and shipping dates indicated on the website are estimates and may be subject to change due to production processes, logistics, or external circumstances.
The order may be shipped:
- Before the estimated date
- On the estimated date
- After the estimated date
ALTPARD will notify any relevant updates regarding the status of the order via the email address or WhatsApp number provided by the customer.
4. Changes and Delays
Due to the production nature of certain products, changes to the initially estimated timelines may occur.
Delays resulting from production, logistics, customs processes, or force majeure circumstances will not constitute a breach of contract by ALTPARD.
5. Cancellations
The customer may request the cancellation of a pre-order at any time before the order has been shipped.
If payment was made in advance, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on the financial institution or payment platform, the refund may take between ten (10) and fifteen (15) business days to be reflected.
Once the order has been dispatched, ALTPARD's general policies on exchanges, returns, and withdrawal will apply.
Pre-orders corresponding to customized pieces, made-to-order items, personalized products, or exclusive pieces developed specifically for the customer cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed.
Due to their nature and individual production process, these products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund, except in cases of applicable legal warranty.
6. Nature of the Product
Some products offered under the pre-order model may correspond to limited productions, exclusive pieces, items partially made to order, or artistic pieces.
For this reason, minor variations in finishes, details, or availability times may occur, which do not constitute product defects.
7. Communication
It is the customer's responsibility to provide valid and up-to-date contact information in order to receive notifications related to their pre-order.
ALTPARD is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or outdated contact information.
8. Acceptance
By making a purchase under the pre-order modality, the customer declares to have read and accepted this Pre-Order Policy, as well as ALTPARD's general Terms and Conditions.
