ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from or otherwise using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

ALTPARD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable to an order shall be the version in effect at the time the order is placed.

ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

• All information submitted by you is accurate, current and complete.

• You will use this website only for lawful purposes.

ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

All orders placed through this website constitute an offer to purchase.

A contract of sale is formed only when ALTPARD confirms shipment of the ordered product(s) by email.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

ALTPARD reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing errors

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Payment authorization issues

• Violations of these Terms

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND NATURE OF PRODUCTS

All products are subject to availability.

ALTPARD reserves the right to discontinue products, limit quantities or modify product specifications without prior notice.

Many ALTPARD products are produced in limited quantities and may include handcrafted, artistic or small-batch production elements.

Minor variations in color, texture, finishing details, materials, finishes or artistic details shall not be considered defects but rather characteristics inherent to the creative and production process.

Product images are intended for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly from images displayed on the website.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on the international website are shown in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit and debit cards

• PayPal

• Mercado Pago (where available)

ALTPARD does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.

All payments are subject to verification and authorization by the relevant payment provider.

ALTPARD reserves the right to cancel transactions that cannot be verified or that are suspected of fraudulent activity.

Currency conversion rates, bank fees and charges imposed by financial institutions are outside ALTPARD's control and remain the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, ALTPARD reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ALTPARD ships internationally from Colombia through third-party logistics providers, including DHL and other carriers selected at our discretion.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may vary depending on destination, package dimensions, weight, shipping method selected and local delivery conditions.

ALTPARD may offer complimentary shipping for qualifying orders, promotional campaigns, discount codes or special events.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

The customer acts as the importer of record in the destination country.

The customer is solely responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• VAT, GST or sales taxes

• Brokerage fees

• Regulatory compliance requirements

• Customs clearance costs

ALTPARD has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict or guarantee customs clearance times.

Any customs delays, inspections or additional fees imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.

Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

ALTPARD shall not be responsible for losses resulting from:

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Delivery instructions given directly to the carrier

• Refused deliveries

• Unclaimed packages

• Failed delivery attempts

• Delays attributable to shipping carriers

Force Majeure

ALTPARD shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Severe weather conditions

• Floods

• Earthquakes

• Strikes or labor disputes

• Government actions

• Civil unrest

• Transportation disruptions

• Customs delays

• Supply chain interruptions

• Telecommunications failures

• Public health emergencies

• Armed conflicts

In such circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended without liability.

PRE-ORDERS

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

Full payment is required at the time the order is placed.

Estimated shipping dates are provided for informational purposes only and may change due to production schedules, logistics, supplier availability or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a significant delay, customers may request either:

• A revised estimated shipping date

• A refund of the pre-order payment

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are governed by ALTPARD's Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable Return Policy before placing an order.

ALTPARD reserves the right to reject returns, exchanges or refund requests that do not comply with the requirements established in the Return Policy.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Products are covered by applicable legal warranties under Colombian law where required.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the quality, functionality or intended use of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper use

• Accidental damage

• Unauthorized modifications

• Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence or improper storage
