ALTPARD – Terms and Conditions
General
The following Terms govern the sale of merchandise on altpard.com (the “Website”) and constitute a binding agreement between you and ALTPARD, a Colombian company. Please read these Terms carefully, along with our Privacy Policy and Website Use Terms. These Terms may be updated periodically; it is your responsibility to review them, as the version in effect at the time of your order applies.

Eligibility
Purchases on the Website are limited to parties legally capable of entering into contracts online. By placing an order, you represent that all personal and payment information provided is accurate and that you are the authorized account holder. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Product Availability
Products are offered for worldwide purchase and delivery. All orders are subject to stock availability. ALTPARD will notify you by email if a product is unavailable and reimburse any amounts paid.
Orders & Acceptance
Orders are placed through the Website’s online purchase process. You will receive an order confirmation email upon submission—this is not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is shipped, at which point you will receive a dispatch confirmation. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Shipping
ALTPARD ships worldwide. All orders can be tracked at any time.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Delivery within Colombia is free.
Address: Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout; multiple addresses per order are not allowed.
Restricted Locations: Some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for delivery. ALTPARD reserves the right to refuse delivery to regions prohibited by law. PO Boxes are not accepted.
Customs & Duties: International shipments may be inspected and may incur import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for import duties apply only if originally included in the purchase price; otherwise, the customer must reclaim from local customs.
Optional Courier Services: Signature release, neighbor/reception/security delivery, rescheduled delivery, or collection point pickup may be available. By choosing these services, you acknowledge that ALTPARD bears no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from your selection.
Delivery Times:
Colombia (Coordinadora): 2–7 business days
International (DHL Express): 4–7 business days
Times may vary based on location and customs.
Risk & Ownership
Products are at your risk from delivery or collection. Ownership passes upon delivery or collection, provided full payment has been received.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date published online. Delivery may vary.
Credit cards are charged at the time of pre-order, subject to fraud checks.
Delays will be communicated, and customers may choose a refund or updated ship date.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped in separate shipments.
Order Processing
Standard in-stock items: 1–4 business days processing (pre-orders excluded).
Prices & Payments
Prices are quoted in COP for domestic orders and USD for international orders.
Prices and shipping costs are subject to change but do not affect confirmed orders.
ALTPARD may correct pricing errors; if the correct price is higher, we may contact you before dispatch or cancel the order.
Payment options:
International: PayPal and major credit cards
Domestic (Colombia): Mercado Pago, PSE, credit/debit cards
Orders are subject to card authorization and pre-authorization checks. ALTPARD is not responsible for card declines or processing fees.
Promotions & Discounts
Discount codes are valid for single use only, cannot be combined, and must be used within the validity period.
Discount codes are not redeemable for cash.
Legal Compliance
All transactions are governed under Colombian law. Customers are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to their region. ALTPARD is not liable for any breach by the customer.
