TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of merchandise through altpard.com (the “Website”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ALTPARD, a company incorporated in Colombia.
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Website Use Terms. ALTPARD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time your order is placed shall apply.

Eligibility
Purchases on the Website are limited to individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By placing an order, you confirm that all personal and payment information provided is accurate, complete, and that you are the authorized user of the selected payment method.
Personal Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. ALTPARD offers worldwide purchasing and delivery; however, stock is limited.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, you will be notified by email and any payment received will be fully refunded.
Orders and Acceptance
Orders are placed through the Website’s online checkout process. After submitting an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
Acceptance occurs only when the order has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation email has been issued. By placing an order, you expressly agree to these Terms.
Shipping
ALTPARD ships worldwide. All shipments include tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Domestic delivery within Colombia is complimentary.
Delivery Address
Orders are delivered exclusively to the address provided at checkout. Multiple delivery addresses per order are not permitted.
Restricted Locations
Delivery may not be available to certain remote or restricted regions. ALTPARD reserves the right to refuse delivery where prohibited by law. PO Boxes are not accepted.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for duties or taxes apply only when these charges were included in the original purchase price. Otherwise, customers must seek reimbursement directly from local customs authorities.
Optional Courier Services
Optional courier services such as signature release, delivery to neighbors or reception desks, rescheduled delivery, or collection point pickup may be offered by the carrier.
By selecting any of these options, you acknowledge that ALTPARD bears no responsibility for loss or damage arising from such arrangements.
Estimated Delivery Times
Colombia (Coordinadora): 2–7 business days
International (DHL Express): 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination, customs procedures, or external factors beyond ALTPARD’s control.
Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. Ownership of the products transfers only once full payment has been received and delivery or collection has occurred.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are clearly identified on the Website and include an estimated shipping date. Delivery dates are indicative and subject to change.
Payment for pre-orders is charged at the time of purchase and may be subject to fraud prevention and authorization checks.
In the event of a delay, customers will be notified and may choose between a refund or an updated delivery date.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped in separate consignments.
Order Processing
In-stock items are typically processed within 1–4 business days, excluding pre-orders, weekends, and public holidays.
Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in COP for domestic orders and USD for international orders. Prices and shipping fees may be modified at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.
ALTPARD reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is identified, we may contact you prior to dispatch for confirmation or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Accepted Payment Methods
International: PayPal and major credit cards
Colombia: Mercado Pago, PSE, credit and debit cards
All payments are subject to authorization and verification. ALTPARD is not responsible for declined transactions or any bank or processing fees incurred.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotional codes are valid for one-time use only, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be redeemed within the stated validity period.
Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Governing Law and Legal Compliance
All transactions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
Customers are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. ALTPARD shall not be held liable for any failure by the customer to comply with such laws.
