Shipping
ALTPARD ships worldwide and all orders can be tracked at any time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery within Colombia is free.
Orders will be delivered to the address specified at checkout. Products in the same order cannot be sent to multiple addresses.
If your delivery address is geographically remote (e.g., isolated islands or restricted locations), ALTPARD may not be able to deliver there. In such cases, we will notify you before accepting your order.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to regions restricted by applicable export laws. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities and may incur import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges. If an item is returned, import duties will be refunded only if they were included in the original purchase price; otherwise, the customer must reclaim them from their local customs office.
Optional Courier Services
In certain cases, our delivery partners may offer:
Signature release (opting out of providing a signature)
Delivery to neighbor, reception, or security
Rescheduled delivery
Pickup from a collection point
By selecting these options, the customer accepts that ALTPARD bears no liability for loss or damage resulting from the requested delivery method.

COORDINADORA (Colombia only): 2–7 business days
DHL Express: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and local conditions.
Risk & Ownership
Products are at the customer’s risk from the time of delivery or collection. Ownership transfers upon delivery or collection, provided full payment has been received.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date published online; actual delivery may vary.
Credit cards are charged at the time of pre-order, subject to standard fraud checks.
If pre-ordered items are delayed, customers will be notified and may choose either a full refund or an updated shipping date.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be delivered in separate shipments.
Order Processing
Standard in-stock items are processed within 1–4 business days. Pre-orders are processed according to the estimated ship date.
Prices & Payments
Product prices are as listed on the Site and displayed at checkout. Domestic orders are priced in COP; international orders in USD.
Prices and shipping costs may change at any time but will not affect orders already confirmed.
ALTPARD reserves the right to correct pricing errors; if the correct price is higher, we may contact you before dispatch or reject the order.
Payment must be made online via PayPal, major credit/debit cards, or PSE/Mercado Pago for domestic orders. Orders are subject to card authorization and pre-authorization checks. ALTPARD is not responsible for card issuer declines or processing fees.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes are valid for single use only, cannot be combined, and must be used within the specified validity period.
Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
Legal Compliance
All transactions are governed by Colombian law. Customers are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their region. ALTPARD is not liable for any breach by the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns
Products purchased on our Website may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer laws. Products must be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused, with all original tags and packaging.
Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original boxes, which are considered part of the product, and placed inside a protective shipping carton. Shoes must only be tried on a carpeted surface. Products with security tags must be returned with the tags intact. Hosiery may only be returned if unopened and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include: final sale items, customized products, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, hosiery (opened), fragrance, sunglasses, hats, scarves, promotional or discounted items.
Returns that do not comply with these conditions may be refused or subject to deductions reflecting the diminished value of the product. If a return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Please note that returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties and taxes. Until products are received at ALTPARD’s facilities, the customer bears responsibility for the goods.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. To obtain a different size or product, please place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and accepted, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only. Credit card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to appear, depending on the card issuer.
Shipping costs, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Final Sale
Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Repairs
ALTPARD will repair bracelets, necklaces and earrings free of charge if damage occurs within three (3) months of purchase. For items damaged after this period, repairs may be available subject to fees, which will be quoted and approved by the customer prior to service. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on repairs.
Repair requests must be sent to info@altpard.com with order details and a description of the issue.
Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, or if a fault develops, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with applicable legal rights. Please notify us as soon as possible, providing your name, order number, and a description of the issue.
Abuse & Fraud
ALTPARD reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, misuse, tampering, or abuse of our returns policy.
Governing Law
This Returns & Refunds Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights.
